  1. What are your grade levels for enrichment classes?
    All classes are taught by parent volunteers. They set the day, number of children, cost, location and grade levels. Grade levels can vary from quarter to quarter, but generally we have K-8th grade classes available each quarter.
  2. How much do the enrichment classes cost and what supplies do we need to supply?
    All classes are run by parent volunteers. They set the cost for the class to ensure they can cover their own expenses for providing this service. Therefore, prices will vary. History has had the classes vary from FREE to $165.00. The majority land in the $25.00-$65.00 range.
  3. I'm not a member of HOB. Can I still enroll in a class or join a club?
    Sorry, but no. These are perks of being a member of HOB as well is a safety and liability issue. Membership is only $25.00 per year for the whole family. If you wish to join:
  4. How much does it cost to join HOB and what does the membership fee cover?
    HOB has a membership fee of $25.00 per family per calendar year. Your annual membership includes access to our homeschool life website that has calendar of events, articles, a classified section, business directory. Membership card to get teacher discounts at different retailers. Access to monthly meetings, clubs and special events as well as opportunities to attend some pretty amazing field trips. HOB Lending Library, Used Curriculum Sale, Mentor Program, classes, MNO & More.
  5. What kinds of clubs do you have?
    Clubs are volunteer hosted and a lot of fun. They meet once a month. At this time we offer: -Crafty Kids Club -Geography Club -Book Club -LEGO Club ($10.00 per year fee) -Science Club -Age Group Play Dates, MNO & DNO as well!
